Setting chat members <Chat member>
You can set members you want to chat with.
● You can store 5 chat members except yourself.

(FUNC) Select any item:
......Edits the e-mail addresses of chat members
Edit
other than yourself. The address can contain up to 50
half-pitch characters.
Refer address ......Enters the chat member's mail
address from the phonebook, sent address list or
received address list.
Change member ......"Changing chat members or
group members" → P.243
Add chat group......Sets the current chat members as
a chat group.
......Displays the details of the chat
Display setting
member settings.
Delete ......Deletes one chat member address other
than yourself.
......Deletes all the chat members other than
Delete all
yourself.

● Changing chat members or group members

<Edit>
You cannot add an e-mail address that is already stored for
another chat member.
When the same e-mail address is stored in a chat group, the
member's name is displayed. The displayed contents depend
on whether the e-mail address is stored in the chat group or
not. When the e-mail address is stored, the stored name is
displayed up to 4 full-pitch or 8 half-pitch characters from the
beginning. When the e-mail address is not stored, the e-mail
address is displayed up to 8 half-pitch characters from the
beginning.
<Refer address (Phonebook)>
When you change the e-mail address of the stored chat
member, the member's name and the image are also changed
(there is no change when no image is stored).
<Display setting>
If you display your own details, your e-mail address is not
displayed.
<Delete><Delete all>
You cannot delete yourself from the chat member.

Group list ......Selects a chat group to change
entire chat members in units of chat groups.
Member list......Changes chat members by selecting
members from all the chat groups.

*1 ：This function is available only for changing chat
members.

If there are some chat members or group members already
stored, a message appears asking whether to replace all the
members.
You cannot change the mail member if the mail address is the
same as the group member who is already stored.
