Deleting a Phonebook Entry

Phonebook entry detail screen (P.106) p(FUNC) "Delete data"

Erase phone number
image or "Chara-den" character.
This phonebook......Deletes the phonebook entry.
*1： Depending on the selected item, one of "Erase mail add./Erase address/Erase birthday/Erase memorandums/Delete
image/Delete chara-den" appears.

You can also delete the phonebook entry from the phonebook list screen. However, an item of the phonebook detail screen cannot be
deleted.
If you delete a phone number or mail address in the phonebook entry in which multiple phone numbers or mail addresses are stored,
the order of the subsequent phone numbers or mail addresses moves up.
Checking the Phonebook Storage Status

■ Phone (the phonebook stored on the FOMA terminal)
Phonebook : Displays the number of entries stored in the phonebook.
Number of stored entries/700 (storage limit)
Secret : Displays the number of entries stored as secret data. This can only be displayed in "Secret mode"
or "Secret only mode".
Image : Displays the number of images stored in the phonebook.
Number of stored images/100 (storage limit)
Chara-den : Displays the number of "Chara-den" characters stored in the phonebook.
Number of stored characters/100 (storage limit)
Rest : Displays the number of phone numbers that can still be added.
: Displays the number of e-mail addresses that can still be added.
■ UIM (the phonebook stored on the FOMA card (UIM))
Phonebook : Displays the number of entries stored in the phonebook.
Number of stored entries/50 (storage limit)
