Service Dialing Number

This function provides a quick and simple way to
contact the DoCoMo general help desk and service
counter for information on faults, etc.

ドコモ総合案内・受付......Calls the DoCoMo general
information desk.

Depending on the FOMA card you use, general information
desk or service desk ,etc. may not be displayed. In case these
are not displayed, it is recommended that you add the general
inquiries number or technical inquiries number ,etc. on the
back cover of this manual to the phonebook.
Handling Calls Received During a
Call
You can specify how to handle voice calls,
videophone calls and 64K data communication that
arrives during a call.
● If you have not subscribed to "Call waiting", "Voice
mail" service or "Call forwarding" service, you cannot
answer the calls received during calls.
Specifying how to handle calls received
during another calls <Arrival call act>

regardless of the "Call waiting" and "Voice mail" service
settings.

Call forwarding

regardless of the "Call waiting" and "Call forwarding"
service settings.
......Rejects voice and videophone calls
Call rejection
and 64K data communication received during a call.
Answer......If "Call waiting" is activated and a voice call
is received during another voice call,

. If call waiting is not activated or
during a videophone call or 64K data communication,
the call can be handled in any of the following ways:
・You can end the current voice or videophone call or
64K data communication, and answer the received
voice or videophone call or 64K data communication.
・You can use the function menu to manually handle a
voice
call,
videophone
communication received during a call. → P.334
・If "Voice mail" service or "Call forwarding" service is
activated, calls can be handled using these service
settings.
*1: Videophone messages cannot be stored using the
Voice mail service (as of August, 2006).
