The "Dialing speed" setting is applied to only one (dialed) call. The dialing speed is not stored in the Redial or Dialed calls records.
Also, if you make a voice call after setting the "Dialing speed", the setting is ignored.

Call charges still apply while a call is on hold.
Use "Call response setting" to select the tone used while holding a call.
During the held call, you will also hear the on-hold tone. However, you will not hear the on-hold tone when "Phone" of "Ring volume" is
set to "Silent" or the FOMA terminal is in Manner mode. (When "Manner mode" is set to "Original" and "Phone vol." for the original
manner mode is not set to "Silent", you will hear the on-hold tone.)
The other party hears the on-hold tone.
