Storing Chat Members in a Chat
Group
Storing proposed chat members in a chat group
beforehand simplifies the task of setting chat
members.
● You can store up to 5 members in a chat group. You
do not need to store yourself.
● You can store up to 5 chat groups.
● You cannot store the same chat member in more than
1 chat group.
● When you store a chat member in a chat group, you
can edit that member's name and set an image for
him or her.

Highlight "<Not stored>"

Enter the mail address
You can enter up to 50 half-pitch characters.
To store more e-mail addresses, simply repeat step 3.
■ To enter a mail address from the phonebook

If the mail address of the member you want to store is "phone
number@docomo.ne.jp", enter the phone number only.
The first 8 half-pitch characters of the stored e-mail address
are set as the member name. If the stored e-mail address is
also stored in the phonebook, the first 4 full-pitch or 8 half-
pitch characters of the name stored in the phonebook are set.
The stored image is also set if it is stored on the phonebook.

Active chat ......Sets the chat group as the chat
members and launches chat mail.
......Edits a group name. You can

Reset group name ......Resets the group name to the
default.

Set image ......Selects the image shown for each
member in the chat screen from My picture.

......Deletes one mail address of the group
Delete

Delete all......Deletes all the members in the group.
Enter the security code "YES"

If there is no member name entered, the first 8 characters of
the e-mail address are set as the member name.
You cannot change the background color.
