6.1 Tones that Sound When a User Operates the Transceiver or When the Transceiver Status Is Changed

Volume Level Tone

Volume Level Tone sounds from the transceiver when the volume level is changed.
Function
Fixed Volume Key
This tone sounds from the transceiver when the volume level is changed by using the Fixed
Tone
Volume key.
Volume Key Tone
This tone sounds from the transceiver when the volume level is changed by pressing the Volume
(Mobile only)
Up or Volume Down key.
Transmit Tone
Transmit Tone is a tone sent to the communicating party.
Function
This tone is sent to the other transceiver after receiving a call by 2-tone or DTMF code.
Transpond Tone
This tone is sent to the other transceiver after receiving a call in an LTR Trunking system.
Stun-on Tone
This tone is sent to the other transceiver after receiving a Stun code.
This tone is sent to the other transceiver after receiving a Revive code while the transceiver is in
Stun-off Tone
the Stun state.
This tone is sent to the other transceiver when the PTT switch is pressed to send and then released
PTT Release Tone
after the call ends.
This tone is sent to the other transceiver every 1 sec during voice transmission in Emergency
Background Tone
Mode.
