TRANSMISSION/ RECEPTION
4.1
Transmit/ Receive Frequencies
Transmit and receive frequencies are pairs of frequencies used for transmitting and receiving.
In Analog Conventional, P25 Conventional, NXDN Conventional, and DMR Conventional systems, transmit and receive
frequencies can be configured for each channel (Personality).
In a P25 Trunking system, transmit and receive frequencies to be used for communication with a repeater structuring the
P25 Trunking system can be configured in the Trunked Channel Plan table of the P25 Trunking system.
In an NXDN Trunking system, transmit and receive frequencies to be used for communication with a repeater structuring
the NXDN Trunking system can be configured in the Frequency Table of the NXDN Trunking system.

4.2
Transmit Power
Transmit Power is the transmission power of the transceiver. A user can use the transceiver by switching the transmission
power to high power, medium power or low power.
If the transceiver is located near repeaters or target party, a user can change the transmission power to low power in order
to avoid causing unnecessary radio interference to other transceivers. Also, for Portable, the battery operating time of the
transceiver is extended by reducing power consumption.
Medium power can be adjust as desired between low power and high power. The transmission power can be switched
among 3 levels and used by adjusting medium power.
