This section describes the procedure for RF Deck removal when RF Deck 3 breaks and the procedure for installation after
the repair of RF Deck 3 is completed while a system in a Triple RF Deck/ Dual Control Head structure is operating.

An RF Deck can be removed and installed with the same procedures even if in a system of the following RF Deck/ Control
