• Select the "Telnet Client" option and click OK.
A dialog box appears, confirming the installation of new features. After installation is
complete, close the main Programs and Features Control Panel applet. The telnet command
should now be available.

Telnet To Your ISY (Windows)

If you have your ISY on your network then you can telnet directly into it. ISY uses the
following ports for telnet depending on the firmware version:
2.6.3 and below, port 126
2.6.4 and above, default port (you do not need to enter a port#)
• Get your ISY IP address
• Launch a "command prompt" window
• Enter telnet your.isy.ip.address port (if any)
• Enter your user name and password
