5.11 P: Pump
P1-24: Level at Full Speed
n
Sets the level used to override the P-gain and I-limit with a calculated value based on Sleep level, Wakeup level, Minimum
Pump Speed, Transducer Scaling, and Maximum Frequency. This feature is disabled when set to 0.0.
No.
P1-24
P1-30: Low Water Digital Input Configuration
n
The low water level digital input can indicate when a low water (low level or low pressure) condition exists and fault out the
drive. The "Low Water Level" fault is only active when the drive is in an AUTO run state, including sleep boost and feedback
drop detection. The fault is not active in all other modes (Sleep, HAND Mode, Pre-Charge, Run at Wire Break, and Sleep).
The low water level digital input can also indicate the end of the Pre-Charge function. The Pre-Charge runs until the low water
indication is no longer active.
No.
P1-30
Setting 0: Normally open
Closing the switch during an AUTO Mode run triggers the "LWL – Low Water Level" fault and the drive coasts to a stop.
Pre-Charge continues while the switch is closed and ends when it opens.
Setting 1: Normally closed
Opening the switch during an AUTO mode run triggers the "LWL – Low Water Level" fault and the drive coasts to a stop.
Pre-Charge continues while the switch is open and ends when it closes.
P1-31: High Water Digital Input Configuration
n
The high water level digital input indicates if a high water (high level or pressure) condition exists and faults out the drive.
The "High Water Fault" is only active when the drive is running the pump. The fault is not active when the drive is stopped
or sleeping.
No.
P1-31
Setting 0: Normally open
Closing the switch while the drive is running will trigger the "HWL – High Water Level" fault and the drive will coast to a
stop.
Setting 1: Normally closed
Opening the switch while the drive is running will trigger the "HWL – High Water Level" fault and the drive will coast to a
stop.
P2: Pump Protection
u
P2-01: Sleep Level Type
n
Selects which data source the drive will use to determine if it should activate the sleep function. This parameter is application-
dependent and should be set in conjunction with the type of system data is available. Choose the data type that best represents
a low-activity condition for the system.
Note:
Set this parameter prior to changing other parameters related to the Sleep Function, as internal scaling is based on P2-01.
No.
P2-01
Setting 0: Output frequency
Setting 1: Output current
Setting 2: Feedback
Setting 3: Output speed (RPM)
P2-02: Sleep Level
n
Sets the level at which the drive will enter sleep mode. The drive will enter sleep mode when the monitored data falls below
the P2-02 setting for the time set in P2-03.
