Open: External Reference 1 or 2 supplies the frequency reference
Ref Source
(set in b1-01 or b1-15).
Closed: Digital operator supplies the frequency reference.
Open: External Reference 1 or 2 supplies the Run command (set in b1-02 or b1-16).
Hand Mode
Closed: Pump is in HAND Mode operation.
Closed: An overtorque or undertorque situation has been detected.
Trq Det 1 N.O.
Closed: Analog frequency reference has been lost.
Loss of Ref
Frequency reference loss is detected when the frequency reference drops below
10% of the reference within 400 ms.
DB Overheat
Closed: Braking resistor or transistor is overheated or faulted out.
Fault
Closed: Fault occurred.
Not Used
Set this value when using the terminal in the pass-through mode.
Closed: An alarm has been triggered, or the IGBTs have reached 90% of their
Minor Fault
expected life span.
Closed: A command has been entered to clear a fault via the input terminals or
Reset Cmd Active
from the serial network.
Timer Output
Closed: Timer output.
Fref/Fout Agree2
Closed: When drive output frequency equals the frequency reference ±L4-04.
Fref/Set Agree 2
Closed: When the drive output frequency is equal to the value in L4-03 ±L4-04.
Closed: When the drive output frequency is less than or equal to the value in
Freq Detect 3
L4-03 ±L4-04.
Closed: When the output frequency is greater than or equal to the value in
Freq Detect 4
L4-03 ±L4-04.
Open: Overtorque or undertorque has been detected.
Trq Det 1 N.C.
Closed: Overtorque or undertorque has been detected.
Trq Det 2 N.O.
Open: Overtorque or undertorque has been detected.
Trq Det 2 N.C.
Reverse Dir
Closed: Drive is running in the reverse direction.
Open: Drive has entered the baseblock state (no output voltage).
BaseBlk 2
Dur Flt Restart
Closed: Automatic restart is performed
Closed: oL1 is at 90% of its trip point or greater. An oH3 situation also triggers
Overload (OL1)
this alarm.
Closed: Heatsink temperature exceeds the parameter L8-02 value.
OH Prealarm
Closed: Mechanical weakening detected.
MechFatigue(OL5)
Closed: Cooling fan, electrolytic capacitors, IGBTs, or the soft charge bypass relay
Maintenance
may require maintenance.
Open: Either the drive has stopped or baseblock, DC Injection Braking, or Initial
Excitation is being performed.
During RUN 2
Closed: Drive is running the motor (not in a baseblock state and DC Injection is
not being performed).
Drive Enable
Closed: Multi-function input set for "Drive enable" is closed (H1-oo = 6A)
Output units are determined by H2-06. Outputs a pulse every 200 ms to indicate
the kWh count.
During SpdSrch
Closed: Speed Search is being executed.
PID Feedback Low
Closed: PID feedback level is too low.
PID FeedbackHigh
Closed: The PID feedback level is too high.
Closed: KEB Ride-Thru is being performed.
Closed: A Fast Stop command has been entered from the operator or input
During Fast Stop
terminals.
Closed: oH pre-alarm time limit has passed.
