Setting 0: Disabled
When the Run Delay Memory Selection (b1-12) is set to 0 (disabled), the Run Delay timer is never saved during power loss.
When the drive power is restored, the drive will never apply a b1-11 delay.
Setting 1: Only at Stop
When b1-12 = 1 (Only at Stop), the Run Delay timer is saved only when the drive is stopped. When the drive is running and
it loses power, the drive will not apply a b1-11 delay when power is restored. However, if the drive is stopped with b1-11
counting down and then power is lost, the drive will apply a b1-11 delay based on the time elapsed during the power outage.
Setting 2: Running & Stop
When b1-12 = 2 (Running & Stop), the Run Delay timer is always saved. When the drive is running and it loses power, the
drive will save-off the maximum b1-11 delay time. When power is restored, the drive will apply that time minus the time
elapse during the power outage. If the drive is stopped with b1-11 counting down and then power is lost, the drive will apply
a b1-11 delay based on the time elapsed during the power outage
b1-14: Phase Order Selection
