Load Limit Lines
See "Creating a Limit Line to Establish Pass/Fail Criteria" on page 3-36.
There are no restrictions on what type of limit line (upper or lower) is chosen
for limit line 1 and 2. You may choose to designate limit line 1 as an upper limit
line and limit line 2 as a lower limit line. Using the limit lines in this way will
determine if the amplitude response passes or fails the limit line boundaries.
You could also choose to designate both limit lines 1 and 2 as upper limit lines.
For this example, limit line 1 could be used as a hard specification and limit
line 2 as a margin.
A limit line floppy disk is supplied with your WDCA. You can choose from
existing limit lines or create a new limit line that best suits your needs. Refer
to "Creating a Limit Line to Establish Pass/Fail Criteria" on page 3-36 for addi-
tional information.
Tip: When choosing a file name, you may want to indicate the limit line as
either upper or lower. Try to limit the file name to eight characters as only
eight characters will be displayed in the Limit Line Catalog.
