Wavelength related errors
You can isolate wavelength related errors by performing a wavelength calibra-
tion using the internal calibration cell.
1 Connect a fiber optic cable between Output 2 (high power laser output) of the
TLS and the source input of the WDCA.
2 Select System > Calibration and perform the wavelength calibration.
3 If the calibration results are off by more than 20 pm, an error will be generated.
This error would indicate that the TLS has shifted wavelength and is causing
the error.
