ECM identification, e.g.:
021906258BK = Engine Control
Module (ECM) Part No.
Coding 1 = Coding variants 1 for
manual trans. without Exhaust Gas
Recirculation (EGR)
CAUTION!
Part numbers are for reference only.
Always check with the Parts
Department for the latest
information.
Note:
The engine must be running at idle to
correctly display the ECM number and
coding. Coding:
1 = Manual transmission without EGR
2 = Automatic transmission without
EGR
3 = Manual transmission with EGR
4 = Automatic transmission with EGR
