Check wires for Mass Air Flow (MF) sensor
- Connect test box to control module wiring
harness Page ST-10
wiring test.
- Check wires between test box and 4-pin connector
to Engine Control Module (ECM) for open circuit
according to wiring diagram.
Terminal 2 + socket 16
Terminal 4 + socket 17
Wire resistance: max. 1.5
- Check wires for short circuit to each other, to
vehicle Ground (GND) and to B+.
Specified value:
If no DTCs are found in wires:
- Replace Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor -G70-
Page 24-20 , item 8 .
- Erase DTC memory of Engine Control Module
(ECM) Page ST-25
Reset/erase diagnostic data.
- Generate readiness code
