State of the administered TSC:
: the administered TSC is not functioning (for
inactive
example, D-channel out-of-service, or disabled)
: indicates that the administered TSC is up and user
active
information can be exchanged end-to-end.

The switch responsible for the origination of the administered TSC:
as-needed : TSC is established on an as needed basis
permanent : TSC is permanently established
Indicates if the administered TSC's have been enabled (y/n).
Administered TSC congestion history (whether or not the network
can handle the receipt of USER INFORMATION messages for the
administered TSC):
yes : TSC is congested
no : TSC is not congested
clear : TSC congestion was cleared during its active period
: shows that the TSC is being released.
: the TSC is about to come up
