15.2 SI/Oi (i = 3 to 6)
SI/Oi is exclusive clock-synchronous serial I/Os.
Figure 15.36 shows the block diagram of SI/Oi, and Figures 15.37 and 15.38 show the SI/Oi-related
registers.Table 15.19 lists the specifications of SI/Oi.
NOTE:
1. 100-pin version supports SI/O3 and SI/O4.
128-pin version supports SI/O3, SI/O4, SI/O5 and SI/O6.
