Chapter 9
- Apply grease (Molykote HP-300; CK-8012) to the inner diameter area [1]
and the outer diameter area [2] of the bushings for about 20 mg, so that to
make white coating in assigned areas.
Purpose: to avoid abnormal sound
- Make sure to wipe off the excessive grease because the grease adheres to
the both edges [1] of the external heat roller when mounting the greased
bushes to the external heat roller.

1) Open the front door.
2) Pull out the fixing/feeding unit toward you.

1) Open the external delivery cover [1].

3) Detach the internal delivery roller cover [1].

4) Remove the lower separation plate unit [1] in the direction of the arrow.
