1) Release 2 tension roller pressure arms [1] by pressing the knob [2], and
shift the arm in the direction of the arrow.

2) Remove the secondary transfer inside roller [1].
Cover the roller section of the secondary transfer inner roller with paper, to
avoid touching it directly.
