Precautions
• The PINIT instruction is executed when the RD75 READY signal [X0] is off. While the RD75 READY signal [X0] is on, the
instruction cannot be executed. Before executing the instruction, turn off both the PLC READY signal [Y0] and the RD75
READY signal [X0].
• Data write to the flash ROM of the positioning module can repeat a maximum of one hundred thousand times. Any attempt
to write data to the flash memory beyond this count results in failure.
• After the power is turned on or the CPU module is reset once, initialization can repeat a maximum of 25 times if the
program is used. Any attempt to write data to the flash ROM memory beyond 25 times results in a flash ROM write count
error at error code 1080H, resulting in failure in data write. If one try of initialization results in a flash ROM write count error,
check and modify the write program. If a flash ROM write count error occurred, reset the error of the positioning module
using "[Cd.5] Axis error reset," or turn on the power or reset the CPU module again.
