For S.2PID (two-degree-of-freedom PID control), set the following operation constant items to specify tracking.
Setting item
Tracking bit (TRK)
Set value pattern (SVPTN)
Loop selector tracking
Tracking processing is performed under the following conditions.
• The control mode is MAN, CMB, CMV, or LCM, and the tracking bit (TRK) is 1.
• The control mode is AUT, CAS, CAB, CCB, CSV, LCA, or LCC, and the tracking bit (TRK) is 1 and BB1 of the block bit (BB)
is 1.

When the input value (E1) of the S.SEL instruction uses the manipulated value (MV) of the upper loop (Loop 0), the
manipulated value (MV) of the S.SEL instruction is tracked to the manipulated value (MV) of Loop 0. The S.SEL instruction
