3.3.12 DNS
Global Configuration
Global Configuration allows users to enable or disable the admin mode from the drop-
down menu, configure the default domain name, retry number, and response timeout. To
access this page, click Management > DNS > Global Configuration.

Click the drop-down menu to enable or disable the administrative status of DNS cli-
ent. The default is Enable.
Enter the default domain name (up to 255 characters) for DNS client.
Enter the number of times (between 0 to 100) to retry sending DNS queries. The
default is 2.
Enter the amount of times (between 0 to 3600) to wait for a response to a DNS
query. The default is 3.
Displays the domain name list for DNS client.
Check the checkboxes to select the domain names need to delete.
Click Submit to update the screen. To save the values across a power cycle per-
form a system save.
Click Refresh to update the screen.
