startup.cfg, <model>.cfg, <mac>.cfg
Specifies whether to send a DHCP Option 60 value consisting of the
identifier value only, or an extended DHCP Option 60 value
consisting of the identifier, firmware version, and bootrom version. If
the latter, the syntax is as follows:
"Identifier Value + Firmware Version + BootRom Version"

Note: If you specify a value for this parameter, you must restart your
phone for the change to take affect. Any change in its value during
start-up results in an automatic reboot.
