Allows you to specify a specific URI for accessing services after
pressing the Services key. When this parameter is set, it overrides
the standard function of the Services key.

parameter is set to 0, a user and administrator can configure Call
Forwarding via the Mitel Web UI and the IP Phone UI using the "Call
Forward" options. If this parameter is set to 1, all "Call Forward"
options are removed from the Mitel Web UI and the IP Phone UI,
preventing the ability to configure Call Forwarding.
