Used in the name field of the SIP URI for the IP phone and for
registering the IP phone at the registrar.
When configuring per-line BLA on an ININ server, the username
must be incremented as shown in the example for the "sip lineN bla
number" parameter on page
Note: The IP Phones support Usernames containing dots (".").
