This Hydraulic Steering system is not designed for use with Through-Transom exhaust sys-
tems. Do not use this Hydraulic Steering System with a Through-Transom Exhaust System.

Lubricants / Sealants / Adhesives
Quicksilver 2-4-C Marine Lubricant with Teflon
Loctite 567 PST Pipe Sealant
Approved Hydraulic Chevron Aviation Fluid A
Avoid serious bodily injury or death due to loss of steering control. Any
non-approved fluid used in this system may cause irreparable damage, loss of
steering, and cancellation of warranty. Never use brake fluid in this hydraulic
steering system. Use only approved hydraulic fluids.
