Disassembly
1. Drain fluid from pump.
2. Remove pump pulley.
3. Remove reservoir, fitting assembly, control valve assembly, flow control spring, studs,
90-863160 MAY 2000
e. Check pulley installation for correct alignment.

b - Stud
c - Do NOT Use Spacer
d - Bearing
e - Nut
f - Shaft
g - Crankshaft Pulley (Shown) or Water Circulating Pump Pulley
h - Long Straight Edge
i - Drive Belt Parallel
a - Kent Moore Pulley Removal Tool (J-25034)
and 0-rings.
