CRANKCASE/CRANKSHAFT/BALANCER
Install the two dowel pins.
Install the bearing inner race onto the crankshaft
with the flange side facing in.

ApplV liquid sealant (Three Bond 1215 or equiv8-

lent) to the mating surface of the front crankcase.

Install the front crankcase over the rear crankcase,
aligning the oil strainer pipe wi th the pipe hole.
Install the five front crankcase bolts.
Check thaI the mainshaft and crankshaft turns
smooth IV and quietly.
Install the nine rear crankcase boils.
Tighten all the crankcase bolts in a crisscross pat-
tern in several steps.
