seated.

you feel strong resistance when lowering the
press,
stop.
Reset
the
jOint base of
the
tool
so
the
ball joint head can go into the hollow of the joint
base
and
try
again.
Install the snap ring with the chamfered edge facing
in.

Install each arm into the
frame
with the pivot bolts
hose properly (page
and new nuts, and loosely tighten them
