Headlight Bulb Replacement; Headlight Removal/Installation - Honda MUV700 big red Service Manual

HEADLIGHT
BULB REPLACEMENT
Open the front hood.
Remove the headlight cove r cap.
Disconnect the headlight 3P connector.
Remove the headlight bulb by turning it clockwise
for the left headlight and counterclockwise for the
right headlight.

NOTICE
I
Avoid touching a halogen headlight bulb. Finger
prints can create hot spots that cause a bulb to
break.
Align thB bulb tabs
Install a new bulb in the reverse order of removal.

REMOVALIINSTALLA TION
Open the front hood.
Remove the following :
- wire band (right headlight only)
- headlight cover cap
- three tapping screws
- three mounting bolts
- headlig ht wire (from the guid e)
- headlight 3P connector
- headlight assembly
- adjusting screw
- washer
- nut
- spring
- headlight unit from the cover by releasing the
bosses from the holes
