Power Input line
Inspection
Remove the fuel pump relay (page 6-38).
Turn the
ignition switch to ON
(I).
Measure the voltage between the Black/yellow
wire
terminals
(+)
of the fuel pump relay (relay
box) connector and ground
(-).
Is
there
battery
voltage?
YES

GO
TO
STEP 2.
NO

Open circuit in the Black/yellow wire
between the
main relay
and
fuel
pump
relay
connectors.
Faulty main
relay
or its circuits.
