Oil Pump Assembly - Honda MUV700 big red Service Manual

PUMP BODY D
Remove the oil pump shaft and drive pin .
Measure the side clearance .
SERVICE LIMIT: 0.11 mm (0.004 in)

Coat all parts with clean engine oi l.
Install the outer and inner rotors into the pump
body A.
Insert the drive pin into the pump shaft.
Install the pump shaft th rough the inner ro t or and
pump body A, aligning the drive pin with the rotor
grooves.
