Condenser
Replacement
1. Recover the refrigerant with a recovery/recycling/
charging station (see page 22-75).
2. Remove the bolts and the upper mount brackets
from the radiator.
6 x 1.0 mm
9.8 N-m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.2 Ibf-ft)

3. Remove the bolts, then disconnect the condenser
line and the receiver line B from the condenser.
Remove the receiver/dryer mounting bolts from the
condenser.
NOTE: Plug or cap the lines immediately after dis-
connecting them to avoid moisture and dust con-
tamination.

6 x 1.0 mm
9.8 N-m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.2 Ibf-ft)

4. Remove the bolts, then disconnect the discharge
line and the receiver line A from the condenser.
NOTE: Plug or cap the lines immediately after dis-
connecting them to avoid moisture and dust con-
tamination.

5. Remove the mounting nuts from the condenser.
6 x 1.0 mm
8 N-m (0.8 kgf-m, 6 Ibf-ft)
