There should be 5 V.

There should be about 2.5 V or
more with the steering column in
the fully-extended position, and
about 2.5 V or less in the
fully-retracted position.
Check for voltage between the
B1 and B10 terminals:
There should be about 2.5 V or
more with the steering column in
the fully-up position, and about 2.5
V or less in the fully-down posi-
tion.
