*RADIATOR COOLING FAN INOPERATIVE (CONTINUED)

CHECKING THE RADIATOR FAN CONTROL MODULE GROUND CIRCUIT
With the ignition off.
Measure the resistance of the Radiator Fan Control Module Ground
circuit from the Radiator Fan Control Module harness connector to the
Radiator Fan Motor harness connector.
Is the resistance below 5.0 ohms?
Yes >> Go to 8
No >> Repair the Radiator Fan Control Module Ground circuit for
an open.
Perform POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST - VER 3.

CHECKING THE RADIATOR FAN MOTOR
With the ignition off.
Measure the resistance of the Radiator Fan Motor.
Is the resistance below 5.0 ohms?
Yes >> Replace the Radiator Fan Control Module. (Refer to 7 -
COOLING/ENGINE/PWM FAN CONTROL MODULE -
REMOVAL)
Perform POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST - VER 3.
No >> Replace the Radiator Fan Motor. (Refer to 7 - COOLING/
ENGINE/RADIATOR FAN - REMOVAL)
Perform POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST - VER 3.
