Description
Configures the monetary default cost for the stub area.
Configures the specified area ID to function as an NSSA.

Configures the NSSA so that summary LSAs are not advertised into
the NSSA.
Configures the translator role of the NSSA.
Configures the translator stability interval of the NSSA.
