3.4.5 Changing oil, axis-4 gearbox
Different types of oil
The primary and secondary gear may require different types of oil, that must never
be mixed!
If they are mixed, the gear must be rinsed according to section
contaminated gearbox on page
Location of gearbox
The axis 4 gearbox is located at the rear of the upper arm as shown in the figure
below.
