DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.
Check all dampers for damage, such as cracks or ex-
isting impressions larger than 1 mm.
In order to inspect dampers, axis 4, the two covers on
top of the upper arm must be removed!
Check attachment screws for deformation.
If any damage is detected, the damper must be re-
placed with a new one!
