It is necessary to connect the cell holder to a water pump or fluid recirculator and to the
temperature controller.

NOTICE Avoid damage to the cell block. Do not operate the accessory without a water
pump or fluid recirculator.
NOTICE Avoid damage to the electronics. Do not connect or disconnect cables while the
accessory is powered on.
Use only 12.5 mm (10 mm pathlength) square cuvettes with this accessory. Use at least 3 ml
of solution for the analysis.
Before starting the Peltier accessory, familiarize yourself with the software features described in
Operation. To agitate the sample during the measurement, place a magnetic stirrer in the
cuvette and use the software to set the stirring speed.
To install the cell holder
1. Open the sample compartment cover.
2. Remove the sample compartment front panel. See
3. Remove the tubing access panel. See
4. Remove any existing cell holder or accessory.
5. Connect one end of the provided flat cable to the cell holder.
