Wavelength(s) to use for the quantitative analysis.
To use uncorrected data, select None.
Single point subtracts the sample absorbance at the entered
wavelength from the absorbance at every data point.
Sloping baseline draws a line between the data points at the
entered wavelengths, finds its Y value at the analytical
wavelength, and subtracts it from the measured absorbance.
