Key icons and display (brief overview)

Detailed information on the operation of the S5 System can be found in the associated Operating
Instructions. For ease of navigation, the following pages give you a brief overview of the system menu:

Function
Tapping on the icon opens the corresponding menu for
entering parameters (in this case: opening the pressure
menu for Pressure channel 1 or 2)
Tapping on the icons changes the associated parameters.

Tapping on Dn reduces the selected parameter.
➜
Tapping on Up increases the selected parameter.
Switches between the pages of a multi-page menu
Advances to the next text message in the system menu
Enters a space (e.g. when entering text)
Deletes texts in the entry mode
Closes the current window and returns to the previous
window without saving the data which has been entered or
changed
In all menus:
Confirms the parameters which have been entered and
returns to the previous "menu"
Display red
Alarm display when the specified stop limit has been
exceeded (e.g. pressure and temperature). An alarm tone
also sounds simultaneously.
Display yellow
– Values have dropped below the specified warning
limits
– Sensor not connected
