Opening the pump housing

If necessary, remove the pump cover F 3.
◗
Carefully lay the pump on its side.
◗
Remove the four socket head screws shown above (DIN 912 M3x6 / allen key size 2.5 mm), including
the spring washers (DIN 127 B3) on the base plate F 9.
Warning: The base plate cannot be removed completely, because the connections between base
plate and circuit boards must be disconnected first!

Disconnect the following connectors from the circuit boards F 5 (Circuit board Motor power amplifier)
and F 4 (Circuit board Motor controller):
