No further dismantling of the double roller pump is planned. Each of the three units
– Motor controller circuit board,
– Motor power amplifier circuit board and
– Pump head (10-86-00)
is to be replaced as a complete unit.
When reassembling (in reverse order) thereafter take extreme care in positioning the individual
components. Screw the fasteners on the circuit boards in cross pattern and in several iterations in order
to ensure a level seat.
Take care to avoid bending the pins of the connectors.

a Self-locking nuts DIN 985 M3 (width across flats 5.5 mm; abbreviation: WAF)
b Distance bolts with internal/external thread M3 x 15 (WAF 5.5 mm)
c Distance bolts with internal/external thread M3 x 10 (WAF 5.5 mm)
d Spring washer DIN 127 B3
e Socket head screw DIN 912 M3x6
