Refitting, cabling axes 1-3
The procedure below details how to refit the cable harness to axes 1-3.

Action
Feed the cabling up through the middle of axis 1 and
remove the complete cabling.
Tip! Gather the loose cabling and connectors into a
package with tape in order to protect the connectors and
make the cabling easier to handle.

DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply (do not turn off for Foundry
Prime robots!)
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.
Feed the cable harness, axes 1-3 through the protection
plate and down through the middle of axis 1.
Tip
Gather the loose cabling and connectors into a package
with tape in order to protect the connectors and make
the cabling easier to handle.
Refit the connection boxes to the motors 1-2-3. Replace
the gaskets if they are damaged.
Reconnect the connectors in the motors 1-2-3.
Refit the cable guide and the protection plate in the
middle of axis 1.
Secure the cabling with straps, according to foldout 3.
Refit the cable bracket inside the base.
Reposition the cabling inside the base according to fol-
dout 4.
Reconnect all connectors at the base.
Refit the serial measurement unit.
Refit the rear cover plate.
Refit the covers of the connection boxes.
