Use Status Registers to Determine the State of Analyzer Events and Conditions

13 8192 Reserved: This bit is not used by the analyzer, but is for
future use with other Agilent products.
14 16384 Align Needed: A 1 in this bit position indicates that a full
alignment is needed, perhaps due to a large temperature
change having been detected with auto align off, or due to
default data being used.
15 32768 Always Zero (0): This bit is always set to 0.
