failure has occurred while trying to align the IF section.

LO Align Failure: A 1 in this bit position indicates that
a failure has occurred while trying to align the local oscillator
(LO).

ADC Align Failure: A 1 in this bit position indicates that
a failure has occurred while trying to align the
analog-to-digital converter (ADC).

FM Demod Align Failure: A 1 in this bit position
indicates that a failure has occurred while trying to align the
FM demodulation circuitry. (Agilent ESA models E4401B,
E4402B, E4404B, E4405B, and E4407B Option BAA, FM
Demodulation, only).

Misc/Sys Align Failure: A 1 in this bit position
indicates that a digital demodulation RF alignment failure has
occurred.

Unused: This bit is always set to 0.

Tracking Peak Needed: A 1 in this bit position indicates
that a tracking peak needs to be performed (the tracking
generator is in operation). (Agilent ESA models E4402B,
E4403B, E4405B, E4407B, and E4408B, with Option 1DN,
Tracking Generator, only).

Align RF Skipped: A 1 in this bit position indicates that
the alignment of the RF section was skipped, perhaps due to
an external 50 MHz signal having been detected.

Align RF Now Needed: A 1 in this bit position indicates
that the RF section needs to be aligned.
