Attach the shaft refitting/removing tool 3HAC038174-002, as shown in the figure:

Parts with no article number, is delivered with the support shaft tool for IRB 760, article
number 3HAC038174-002.
A Threaded bar M16
B Adjustment nut
C Hydraulic cylinder
D Shaft
E Bushing
F 3HAC038174-004 Glycerine adapter
G Anvil support shaft
H Horseshoe shim 2.5 mm
Fit the anvil with measurement range
(3HAC038174-003).
Connect the hydraulic pump and the glycer-
ine pump.
Push the shaft in by screwing the nut by
hand.
Note
Feel that the shaft guides into the arm joint.
Tighten with torque 20 Nm.
Set the dial gauge to zero.
