Description
Adds accounts.
Specify an account to register. The same name as the registered account
cannot be specified. Create roles to use before adding the account. When not
entering a password, you are prompted for the password in dialog. See
Example below.

Indicates the event that occurs when a user attempts to login by
using an expired password. You can enable this setting even if the
password has already expired.
enable : The user can change the expired password and then log in.
disable : The user cannot log in.
----- : The account is disabled.
