stay : The power of server blade is keep turning off when the power is
supplied to the server chassis.
pon : The server blade power on when the power is supplied to the
server chassis.
last : Returns to the state of the server blade that in the last time
when power is supplied to the server chassis.
Range is from 0 to 60.
